Demo text. This is a sample privacy policy for a fictional restaurant, written in the spirit of the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). It has no legal effect.

What data we collect and why
When you request a reservation we collect your name, phone number, email address, the date and time of your booking and any notes you leave us. We use this data solely to manage your reservation and to contact you about it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long we keep it
Reservation data is kept for 12 months after your visit and then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the technical providers who host this website and our reservation system, under data-processing agreements, and it is never transferred outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase or port your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hola@fornonero.example. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
